Inside AI Screening: How AviatorJob Verifies Candidates.

What happens on the short screening call, and why a Verified profile gets you matched to more roles.

Every jobseeker on AviatorJob can apply without an account. After you apply, you are invited to a short AI screening call. It is optional, but it is the quickest way to a Verified profile, and only Verified candidates are matched to employers' live roles.

How the screening call works

  1. Your Application received email includes a Complete your AI screening button.
  2. The button opens your private screening page. Click Start my screening call.
  3. Our AI assistant phones you for a short conversation about your experience.
  4. Your answers are added to your candidate profile automatically.

The call only fills in questions you left empty. Anything you typed on the application form yourself is never overwritten.

What "Verified" means

Your profile becomes Verified once all four of these are in place:

  • The AI screening is complete.
  • A CV is on file.
  • At least one supporting document is on file, such as a licence, medical or logbook.
  • Every question the employer marked as required is answered.

When something is missing, the profile simply waits. For example, if an employer asks you for a document and you upload it through the secure link, your profile is checked again straight away.

Why it matters

When you are Verified, the platform compares your profile with live jobs. Employers whose roles match are told about you, and your applications carry a green Verified badge. In short, you stop waiting for the right job to appear and the right job starts finding you.

Tip: keep your phone reachable after you start the call, and have your licence details and hours to hand.

Your profile stays yours

Once verified, you receive a Review my profile link. You can check your details at any time, tell us if something looks wrong and hide your profile from employers until it is fixed.
